Moral Theology Blog

Christianity is more than a creed to be confessed: it is a life to be lived. “Faith and morals” are equally ultimate and (in principle) mutual reinforcing, and moral theology is as legitimate and vital a branch of theology as is systematic theology or historical theology. The purpose of the Moral Theology Blog section of this website is to carefully proceed through this discipline, using the standard classic textbooks by St. Alphonsus de Liguori, Noldin-Schmitt, Koch-Preuss, Aertnys-Damen, Prummer, Slater, McHugh and Callan, Jone, and others.
